NOTE: This is not a sales letter, your secret is here.

Traditional Mass Marketing is Dead... Don't let your business go down with it!

Dear fellow online entrepreneur,

I am glad to see you made it...

A great process is about to unfold before you... capable of producing the huge amounts of profits you've been waiting for. — in less than a few minutes!

To make certain this happens, please put everything away now and give this your full concentration...

You may ask yourself, how can I be certain and assured that this will happen?

Don't worry, I'll give you the proof you need... and actually it's all in here for free.

It doesn't matter if you are just starting out... or Even if you've been trying to do business for some time now, but things have just not picked up, or you've seen some form of success but not as fast as you planned, this report is going to help make up that difference...

Let me introduce myself so you have an idea of who is addressing you...

I'm Edward Hadome, I've been working online since 2000, and and over the years, I have experienced my fair share of successes and failures as well.

AND every one of these experiences... the success and the failures, have all played a big role in shaping my business and who I am today.

I understand what it means to have a business which is stagnant..

... and no matter the effort you put inside, trying to carve out your market share, you find out that the results are not impressive, as competition is working hard as well...

BUT Nothing seems to work, it's like the harder you push, the farther success is from you and when you do see some Success it comes from a sudden burst of traffic from a campaign, but it doesn't last.

And to make it worse, because there are no big barriers to entry in the internet business, you find yourself not only having to worry about already existing tough competition, but also the new players springing up every day... and Some of these new players even have more money, and even better connections than you do...

It is a battlefield, and winning this one is not easy... not until now though!

You can't afford to waste precious money on more advertising that is not bringing in the desired returns, ... Especially now in this bad economic times.

I understand. I've been there before.

And I needed a solution.. and fast too. — AND I found it !!!

I'm constantly trying new things, and after some research and testing, I stumbled across something amazing...

It is not new. In fact it has been around for hundreds of years, but we all seem to have forgotten its importance...

To find out what it is and why it is so darn important, I felt it is only appropriate that we walk through the discovery process together so that you can truly appreciate its power.

Take a look at the most successful businesses online today, they have one thing in common... and what is that?

To find out...

Here's a simple EXCERCISE — don't cheat

  • ... When you want to set up a blog.... What script or software will you use?
I guessed your answer here
  • Where will you buy books online?

I guessed your answer here

  • When I say "Auction website to bid online", what company comes to mind?

I guessed your answer here

It's like I totally read your mind right?

Look at wordpress for example, there are many other free and open source software that can do what wordpress does, and even some are more advanced, but no one seems to want to look at them...

The same thing with books, and even auctions... there are thousands of them out there, but eBay and amazon stand out.

Why is that?

Is it because of their marketing, is it because of their product?... Partly yes!

Look at it this way...

Do you have a web page, a Facebook page, a twitter account, are you using banner ads, PPC email marketing etc... , but so is everyone else... So what is the difference?

What about the product or service?... does it do what it's supposed to do? then shouldn't it be good enough to be popular? (Your product or service doesn't need to be packed with all the features in the world to be a good product, that is why there is room for improvement... Too many features can even hurt you.)

The product is one thing, your marketing efforts is another... but one thing I noticed these companies are good at, is making their marketing effort spread and last longer.

In order to do this, they have to make it viral in some way, and they have successfully done so using a variety of methods, however one stands out to be the winner, and fortunately, this is the one that both big and small businesses can benefit from.

I'm talking about word of mouth... People like to talk, and if you give them a reason or an incentive to do so, they'd talk about you and all your other efforts will become viral.

A good example is the forums, you can find sections like "Product Reviews", and once one person opens up a thread asking about a product or service, others start to follow, and this thread alone will generate a huge amount of interest in the community, which will spread like wild file else where. The key to this viral message is getting people to talk

So the The next question that comes to mind now is how can we get people to talk about our business?

Using your product as an example... let's call it "Your Great Product"

...and say "Your Great Product" is one of the most popular products on the market because people talk about it on forums, Blogs, facebook, twitter, offline everywhere...

Why do people talk about it?

According to many sources, the main reason people talk about a product or service is “When they have an exceptionally good or bad experience with it.”

People won't just talk about your product because it does what it says it does... They'd surely talk about it if it doesn't though... but that's not what you want.

When I was thinking about how to get my message viral, my first thought went to a buzz campaign.

Sure, it helps to create a buzz campaign with coupons, games or, to sponsor events etc... But those are just promotions, and don't last long, besides, people get all excited about the event rather than your product or service.

Don't get me wrong, that buzz is import nat to boost things, but further investigations show this is not the key you are looking for.

So what really makes people talk about your product?

"Word of mouth" is not the actual strategy. It is the result of the strategy.

Here's what I mean... We did a similar exercise in my early years in school, it was called "cause and effect" I can't forget it, it was one of my favorite exercises.

Here’s an example of how it works...

What's the Cause: Kick a ball
and the effect is: The Ball will roll

Relating this to your business, let's see different causes and their effect.

Cause A great product
Effect: People will be satisfied after they buy

Cause: Competitive pricing
Effect: People will add you to their top list of purchase choices

Cause: A hypnotic sales letter
Effect: People will be compelled to buy after they read

Cause: Offer demos
Effect: Build purchase confidence, reduce refund rate

Cause: Massive traffic
Effect: reach more people and possibly make more money if the website converts

Cause: Put testimonials on your website
Effect: Build trust and convince people to buy

Cause: consistently gather testimonials, feedback(reviews) and endorsements
Effect: You'll Find out exactly what people want, Build trust and desire, build better rapport, build better adverts, become more persuasive, build a bond and easily create social proof..

One piece of data I found useful was from Manage Smarter, September 2009. Their data say that 83% of online buyers said they are interested in sharing information about their purchases with people they know, and these now easily go on twitter, facebook forums and other social media websites for other to see.

Also I think this one is interesting too, it is one from Guy Kawasaki, the former chief evangelist of Apple Computer, who is considered to be the Father of evangelism marketing. In one of his books "How to Drive Your Competition Crazy“ he states that what drives people to talk about a product or service is that they simply want to make the world a better place. Their efforts to spread the word about your products and services is brought about pure belief, not for a bribe or compensation.

All this information began to open my mind to different things I never really even thought about.

Basically, from what I see this belief which get's people talking resulted from the bond they had with your business which in itself resulted from different actions you took... and these can be:

  • Good customer service
  • The fact that they contributed to you business with their feedback
  • The fact that you listened to them and their unique demands
  • If they gave you a testimonial, they automatically become bonded with you
  • The sharing of information from your end

True say there are many other contributing factors, but as you can see it all starts with communication. You may have experienced this too, no matter your marketing effort, if your audience don't back you up, the word won't spread further than you adverts.

So is the big secret communication?

That's what I was asking myself as well.

FACT: According to some stats on Harvard Management, 80% of companies believe they deliver a superior customer experience, only 8% of their customers agree. and the main reason is communication.

Even the remaining 20% who know are having it tough...

There was another important piece of data I came across, from "beyond philosophy" quoted in Nanyang Technology University, they say:

FACT: 95% of senior business leaders say customer experience is the next competitive battle ground yet nothing happens.

Here's why...

  • 90% of business are unable to execute the strategy they have on paper
  • only 5% of the workforce understands what the strategy is
  • 60% of organizations do not link budgets to strategy
  • 70% of organizations do not link management incentives to strategies
  • 85% of executives teams spend less than 1hr per month discussing strategy

These were straight facts right before my eyes and it is not just old news, it's happening right now

Don't be fooled... People are beginning to open their eyes.

In this tough economic times marketers continue to slash advertising budget with a predicted decline of 8.2% in US total media. These are stats from eMarketer a respected source and they say some channels like "word of mouth" are growing, and according to PQ Media Direct Quote - "Much of this is due to rise in new media channels such as Blogs, social networks and other online communities"

We are not talking about a small increase here this is like 26.6% in 2008. These figures are for US alone not taking into account other markets  so this figure could be significantly higher

Did you know that majority of buying decisions are made based on recommendations?

I was looking at some interesting facts from various reliable sources, and they all say the same thing. For example Kudzu.com surveyed 600 users in December 2008, and found that 86% of consumers read online business reviews before making any buying decisions, and 90% of them say they trusted these reviews...

Most marketers will never know this, because they think they do...

I too felt the same way too, I thought I knew it all, until I found myself in a big mess. I had to shut down one of my businesses and since then I haven't been able to revive it. The name was already soiled. So I had to start afresh.

... How about you?

Can you honestly say you have been communicating with your clients, bonding with them, knowing exactly what they want, hence moving your business towards long term success?

... and I'm not just talking about doing one or two surveys, or asking for a couple of feedback and testimonials... it has to be a continuous process.

The first step to bonding with your clients enough to turn them into your loyal advocates is through gathering constant feedback, and this is how you get closer to them.

This is one area that 95% of business fail... Where do you honestly stand?

As you can see, you can't sit on the fence any longer... the life of your business depends on it, and unless you start today your business is in danger.

Here's what you need to do... Go back to your drawing board today and start mapping out your strategy.

Think of ways to gather constant feedback, carry out surveys, create causes, build a community and ultimately give your users an exceptional experience.

Gathering constant feedback has many benefits

  • You'll find out exactly what your clients think of your business
  • You'll know what they want
  • You'll be able to determine exactly what you need to improve and not rely on random development, which can turn out to be a waste of time and money
  • You'll build a better rapport with your clients
  • You'll build unshakable trust that you'll be there for them
  • You'll build excitement in their mind about your offer
  • and much more...

It really doesn't matter if your business is new and you don't have any clients, this is even the best time to start gaining your prospects trust.

There is no magic trick here, it's all about your decision to take your business to the next level.

Before you go...

I don't want to leave you hanging without a proper solution..

So if you are ready to take action right now, without worrying about the hassles of trying to figure it out all on your own. Especially that you don't want to start an activity that will eat up all your time, and make you ignore other important things.... Then I have just the thing for you.

It's on the next page, and once you set it up, it runs on auto pilot with minimum human intervention.

Here's how it works...

Before I show you, I really need to get something from you...

Please I need you to promise me that you will make that conscious decision today to start making that change in your business.. starting with one little change, just to mark the beginning.

Thank you...
